The Wertheim Powerbrush claims to pick up twice as much dirt, dust and dead skin cells as normal vacuum cleaners - so if you thought your house was clean, think again. The big difference is th Powerbrush head, which sends powerful vibrations into your carpet or upholstery - like giving it a good shake - before sucking the debris.
